Donna has enjoyed a long career as a teacher, school administrator, and as a facilitator for consensus building.  Her work as a school administrator led her into the field of working with people in groups whose success depended upon the collaboration of talents, skills, and experience.   Training with Bob Chadwick of Consensus Associates, Donna developed the skills significant in bringing people together to solve their challenges through strengthened relationships and shared decision-making.   Her facilitation has helped diverse groups successfully embrace change through enhanced communication, collaboration toward common goals, and maximizing limited resources.  She has facilitated listening sessions between students and adults, led professional organizations in mission development and strategic planning, trained bus drivers in promoting positive relationships with the students they serve, and  assisted groups in conflict regarding program development and client service.
